Ingredients

  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 12 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 12 teaspoon onion salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 -10 drops hot sauce
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • assorted cracker

Method

  • In a saucepan, combine the first 12 ingredients.
  • Cook and stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the crab and heat through.
  • Serve with crackers.
