Ingredients
- vanilla wafers
- 1 (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Into cupcake tins, lined with paper or foil, place a vanilla wafer.
- Mix together in a separate bowl the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Pour onto the wafer.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 375°.
- When cool, spoon topping of your choice on each.
