Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • onions
  • salt
  • parsley flakes
  • sharp Cheddar cheese
  • butter
  • pepper

Method

  • Slice raw potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil (about 2 inch depth).
  • Cover with a layer of sliced sweet onions, shredded sharp cheese and dot with butter.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste.
  • Cover with another sheet of foil and seal edges tight.
  • Either bake in a moderate 350° oven or can be cooked on outdoor barbecue grill until potatoes are done.
