Ingredients
- potatoes
- onions
- salt
- parsley flakes
- sharp Cheddar cheese
- butter
- pepper
Method
- Slice raw potatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil (about 2 inch depth).
- Cover with a layer of sliced sweet onions, shredded sharp cheese and dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste.
- Cover with another sheet of foil and seal edges tight.
- Either bake in a moderate 350° oven or can be cooked on outdoor barbecue grill until potatoes are done.
