Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz.), drained and reserve juice
- 1 1/4 c. chopped apples
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. cinnamon red hots
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water.
- Add 1/4 cup red hots and 1 cup of liquids, including the pineapple juice.
- Add sugar.
- Let mixture set until it starts to jell.
- Add apples, celery and drained pineapple.
- Put into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Let set.
