Ingredients

  • 4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  • Blend cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add eggs and flour, then sour cream and vanilla.
  • Pour into 10 x 3-inch spring-form pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes at 350°. Leave in oven for 1 hour with door open, then leave at room temperature 1/2 hour.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Top with cherry pie filling, if desired.
