Ingredients
- 4 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Have all ingredients at room temperature.
- Blend cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs and flour, then sour cream and vanilla.
- Pour into 10 x 3-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 350°. Leave in oven for 1 hour with door open, then leave at room temperature 1/2 hour.
- Refrigerate.
- Top with cherry pie filling, if desired.
