Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. fruit juice
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Beat eggs.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, fruit juice and cornstarch.
- Cook over low heat until thickened.
- Cool.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Serve over fruit.
