Ingredients
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- pork chops
- salt and pepper
- Kitchen Bouquet
Method
- Mix rice and soups in casserole dish.
- Salt and pepper pork chops and rub with Kitchen Bouquet. Place pork chops on top of rice mixture.
- Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and cook 15 to 30 minutes more.
