Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
Method
- Soften cheeses.
- Mix all ingredients with beater and chill. Remove from refrigerator and mold into a ball.
- Roll in nuts. Refrigerate.
- When ready to serve, remove and let come to a room temperature.
