Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 large head cauliflower
- garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste
- 3 c. cooked brown rice
- 2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Saute mushrooms and onion in butter with juice of 1 lemon. Saute cauliflowerets in butter with garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
