Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) package frozen whole green beans
- 1 tablespoon light stick butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Steam beans, covered, 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to a large serving bowl. Add butter and remaining 5 ingredients, and toss gently.
