Ingredients
- 3 c. carrots, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- dash of nutmeg
- dash of pepper
Method
- Cook carrots until tender and drain.
- Mash carrots.
- Add margarine, milk, eggs and rest of ingredients.
- Mix and pour into lightly greased casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, until set.
