Ingredients
- 4 large well scrubbed potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 oz. chopped ham
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- a little milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Prick potatoes with a fork.
- Put them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Push a skewer through the biggest potato.
- If it is soft, it is cooked.
- Cut potatoes in half lengthways and scoop out the middles.
- Mash potato in a bowl.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix everything together well.
- Fill potato skins with the mixture and bake them for another 15 minutes.
- Decorate with parsley.
