Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb grnd chuck
- 3 c. cabbage, shredded
- 1 x onion, diced Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 x beef bouillon cube
- 1 c. boiling water
Method
- Brown beef with minced onion, salt and pepper.
- Place shredded cabbage in bottom of ungreased large casserole dish.
- Dissolve bouillon cube in water and mix with soup.
- Pour beef over cabbage; pour soup and bouillon over beef.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Serves 4 to 6.
