Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb grnd chuck
  • 3 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 x onion, diced Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 x beef bouillon cube
  • 1 c. boiling water

Method

  • Brown beef with minced onion, salt and pepper.
  • Place shredded cabbage in bottom of ungreased large casserole dish.
  • Dissolve bouillon cube in water and mix with soup.
  • Pour beef over cabbage; pour soup and bouillon over beef.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
