  • 3 cups red or green peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups red onions
  • 1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 1-1/2 cups apricot preserves
  • 1-1/2 cups celery, chopped

  • 1/3 cup jerk seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 4-1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
