Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 2 large eggs or 3 small
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 stick butter (about 2 Tbsp.)
Method
- For filling:
- First, separate yolks, setting whites asides. In saucepan, beat yolks; add milk, 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon flour.
- Stir until all is blended.
- Place on low heat (best to use double boiler).
