Ingredients

  • 24 creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 300°.
  • Combine crumbs and margarine.
  • Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  • Pour half the batter over prepared crust.
  • Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter.
  • Spoon over vanilla batter.
  • With table knife whirl through batter to marbleize.
  • Bake 40 to 50 minutes until set.
  • Cool.
  • Chill.
  • Cut into bars.
  • Store in icebox.
