Ingredients
- 24 creme filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 300°.
- Combine crumbs and margarine.
- Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Pour half the batter over prepared crust.
- Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter.
- Spoon over vanilla batter.
- With table knife whirl through batter to marbleize.
- Bake 40 to 50 minutes until set.
- Cool.
- Chill.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in icebox.
