Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 1 or 2 garlic bulbs, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. tomato ketchup
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 4 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 4 links pepperoni, cut up
  • 1/2 stick butter

Method

  • Brown ground chuck in 1/2 stick of butter.
  • Add sausage, onions and garlic bulbs.
  • Combine with other ingredients in a large pot.
  • Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
  • This freezes well.
