- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. sausage
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 or 2 garlic bulbs, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. tomato ketchup
- 2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 4 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 4 links pepperoni, cut up
- 1/2 stick butter
Method
- Brown ground chuck in 1/2 stick of butter.
- Add sausage, onions and garlic bulbs.
- Combine with other ingredients in a large pot.
- Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
- This freezes well.
