Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
- 2/3 c. half and half cream
- 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 Tbsp. rum extract
Method
- Combine caramels and cream.
- Cover and cook until melted (2 to 3 hours) on low in crock-pot.
- Stir in marshmallows and extract.
- Continue cooking 1/2 to 1 hour longer.
- Serve with apple wedges, pound cake, doughnuts and marshmallows.
