Ingredients
- 2 cans artichokes with water, drain
- 1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Drain water from artichokes.
- Cut in small pieces, cut cheese in bits.
- Add mayonnaise and salt; mix well.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Spread on crackers.
