Ingredients
- 1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Dissolve candies in boiling water; add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
- Chill until partially set.
- Fold in applesauce.
- Turn into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish and chill until firm.
- Cream remaining ingredients together and spread over gelatin mixture.
- Chill. Yield:
- 8 servings.
