Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 stick (1/4 c.) margarine
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix together all ingredients, except egg whites.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold gently into buttermilk mixture and pour into 2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells.
- Bake in 325° oven until brown and set.
