- 4 to 5 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 large carrots
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Put bacon in bottom of electric frying pan; heat until wilted.
- Make small patties of ground round and put on top of bacon.
- Sprinkle with Lawry's salt.
- Slice vegetables on top of meat.
- You can use as many vegetables as the family likes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Put soup over this, then water. Let it simmer for several hours.
- The longer the better.
