Ingredients
- 2 cans (3oz ea.) chunk chicken, rinsed and drained twice.
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 1T onion, finly chopped
- 1T pine nuts
- 1 Ht spicy brown mustard
- ! ht fat free sour cream
- 1 Ht fat free plain yoghurt
- pinch ground black pepper
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 2 leaves lettuce
Method
- In a bowl, mix everything then the chicken
- Spread half of the mix on a slice of bread, top with lettuce and slice of bread. Repeat.
