Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 4 eggs
Method
- Brown sausage and mix with soup and milk.
- Put in bottom of 13 x 9-inch greased casserole dish.
- Top with 3 cups cheese.
- Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour over meat and cheese.
- Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
- Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- Serves 8.
