Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 6 flour tortillas

Method

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of soup mixture on flour tortillas.
  • Sprinkle cheese and onion; add a spoonful of hamburger.
  • Roll; place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • After all tortillas are filled, pour the remainder of soup mixture, onions and cheese over the top.
  • Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
