Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. whipped cream
- 1 c. cream
- 1 c. milk
- nutmeg
Method
- Chill liquids before mixing.
- Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat yolks.
- Add sugar.
- Stir in whipped cream, milk and cream. Beat egg whites and fold in.
- Dust with nutmeg.
- Chill.
- Makes 10 servings.
