- 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. ground chili powder
- 2 c. water
- 1 can undiluted condensed tomato soup
- 1 (12 oz.) can undrained whole kernel corn
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- In large skillet, heat oil.
- Add meat and onion and cook until meat is not pink.
- Stir in chili powder.
- Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
- Cover; simmer 20 minutes, stirring often, until pasta is done.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook until cheese melts.
