Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. ground chili powder
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can undiluted condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) can undrained whole kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Method

  • In large skillet, heat oil.
  • Add meat and onion and cook until meat is not pink.
  • Stir in chili powder.
  • Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
  • Cover; simmer 20 minutes, stirring often, until pasta is done.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; cover and cook until cheese melts.
