Ingredients
- 1 lb. haddock
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. whole celery seed
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Method
- Bring all ingredients to a boil, except haddock.
- Cut haddock into 1-inch blocks.
- Pour the mixture over the haddock and simmer 20 minutes.
- Dip haddock in melted butter.
- Absolutely delicious.
