Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- cooked rice
Method
- Cut round steak in strips and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand 5 minutes. In large skillet, melt butter and brown steak. Add garlic and broth. Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Stir in onion and peppers. Cover and cook 5 more minutes. Mix flour, water and soy sauce. Stir in until thickened and serve over rice.
