Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • cooked rice

Method

  • Cut round steak in strips and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand 5 minutes. In large skillet, melt butter and brown steak. Add garlic and broth. Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Stir in onion and peppers. Cover and cook 5 more minutes. Mix flour, water and soy sauce. Stir in until thickened and serve over rice.
