Ingredients

  • 1 large Califlower
  • 1 large Onion (diced small)
  • 1 can of Anchovies
  • Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Toasted Bread Crumba
  • 1 Lb. Ziti

Method

  • Clean leaves off califlower and par boil in water (save water to cook Pasta) drain and cut into pieces.
  • In a large pan add 2tbl. of oil, melt anchoives, add onions and cook on Med. Heat for 5-8 min. Remove from pan, add 2-3 tbl. of oil and brown califlower, you might have to do this in batches.
  • Boil pasta and combine onions and califlower back to pan. Add to drained pasta.Bread Crumbs are optional but worth it.
