Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. nonfat Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 lb. nonfat Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- tomato sauce (low or no salt)
Method
- Cook lasagna.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Fill center of each noodle and roll up.
- Spray baking dish with Pam.
- Place rolls (seam down) in dish.
- Cover with sauce and bake for 20 minutes at 325°, covered.
- Remove cover and bake an additional five minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese (extra) and broil for 1 minute. Makes 6 servings.
