Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Cook sausage, onion and celery until done.
- Drain and pour into 3-quart covered casserole dish.
- Add rice, chicken broth, almonds and soy sauce.
- When ready to serve, bake in 375° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
