Ingredients
- 4 sticks softened butter
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. plain flour
- 6 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla and butternut flavoring
Method
- Cream together the butter and cream cheese.
- Add sugar. Cream again.
- Alternate adding 1 cup flour and 2 eggs until all is added, beating well after each addition.
- Add flavoring and beat well.
- Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
- Cook in a preheated 325° oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
