Ingredients
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 3 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 4 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Melt butter and mix with flour and pecans.
- Bake at 375° until golden brown.
- Cool.
- Mix cream cheese, 1 package Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
- Put on crust.
- Mix pudding with the milk and put on top of cream cheese layer.
- Spread the other package of Cool Whip next.
- This is your top layer.
- Sprinkle with a few of the nuts to decorate.
