Ingredients

  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. milk

Method

  • Melt butter and mix with flour and pecans.
  • Bake at 375° until golden brown.
  • Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, 1 package Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
  • Put on crust.
  • Mix pudding with the milk and put on top of cream cheese layer.
  • Spread the other package of Cool Whip next.
  • This is your top layer.
  • Sprinkle with a few of the nuts to decorate.
