Ingredients

  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 1 pinch Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Coarsely ground black pepper

Method

  • Mix the seasonings together in a bowl.
  • Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut the cream cheese into 1 cm cubes.
  • Combine the cheese, chopped parsley, and tomatoes in a bowl with the seasoning ingredients.
  • Toss gently with a spoon.
  • Plate and serve.
