Ingredients
- 2 large Tomatoes
- 100 grams Cream cheese
- 1 pinch Parsley
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Coarsely ground black pepper
Method
- Mix the seasonings together in a bowl.
- Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the cream cheese into 1 cm cubes.
- Combine the cheese, chopped parsley, and tomatoes in a bowl with the seasoning ingredients.
- Toss gently with a spoon.
- Plate and serve.
