Ingredients
- 1 pound cake
- 1 c. orange juice
- raspberry jam
- 1 can whipped cream
Method
- Put pound cake on plate; cut it in half.
- Pour half of orange juice on the bottom piece of cake.
- Spread the jam on the bottom of the other half.
- Put pieces together with jam in the middle. Pour rest of orange juice on cake; cover with whipped cream.
