Ingredients
- 1 box frozen squash or 6 to 8 small squash, sliced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 bunch green onions (3 to 4), chopped
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- shredded cheese
Method
- Cook squash, carrots and onions in butter until squash looks clear.
- Mix bread crumbs, sour cream and chicken soup in large bowl.
- Add squash mixture to bread crumb mixture; mix together. Place in casserole pan and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
- Top with shredded cheese and heat just until cheese melts.
