Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen squash or 6 to 8 small squash, sliced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1 bunch green onions (3 to 4), chopped
  • 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • shredded cheese

Method

  • Cook squash, carrots and onions in butter until squash looks clear.
  • Mix bread crumbs, sour cream and chicken soup in large bowl.
  • Add squash mixture to bread crumb mixture; mix together. Place in casserole pan and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Top with shredded cheese and heat just until cheese melts.
