Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) elbow macaroni
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 12 cups buttermilk
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients..
- Mix throughly and pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake in 350 deg.
- oven for 45 minutes.
