Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork steaks
  • 2 large cans whole tomatoes
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 12 each Japanese red peppers

Method

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • Cut pork steak into 1 inch pieces.
  • Trimming most of the fat off.
  • Put red Japanese peppers into skillet with tsp.
  • of olive oil.
  • OPEN WINDOWS AND TURN ON FAN!
  • This is like pepper spray it will choke you!
  • Cook on medium heat until peppers are brown to black.
  • Then add peppers, whole tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Cook pork pieces on medium heat until crispy on the outside.
  • About twenty minutes.
  • Once pork is crispy add sauce from blender enough to cover pork.
  • Simmer about 15 minutes.
  • You're done serve with warm tortillas and rice.
