Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 5 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. whole milk
Method
- Cut shortening into flour and moisten with milk.
- Roll out on floured board and cut.
- Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Makes approximately 12 to 15 biscuits.
