Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. cooked boneless chicken (reserve broth)
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 c. shell macaroni
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) box Velveeta cheese
Method
- Cook onion and celery in butter.
- Mix soup and add corn, then cheese and meat.
- Cook macaroni in broth.
- Combine all ingredients and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
- This makes 2 casseroles.
