Ingredients
- 1 medium rutabaga, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
- Cover with glass lid.
- Microwave for 6 minutes on High.
- Stir and continue cooking for 6 to 8 minutes on High, or until tender.
- Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before servings.
- Makes about 4 servings.
