Ingredients
- 1 cake yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- about 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Scald milk and cool until lukewarm.
- Add yeast (dissolved) and sugar.
- Add beaten egg, salt and flour to make a soft dough.
- Let rise.
