Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 Swiss chocolate cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
Method
- Pour over bottom of 9 x 13-inch buttered pan cake mixed according to instructions and spread over coconut and nuts.
- Mix margarine, powdered sugar and cream cheese.
- Spread over top of cake, leaving 1-inch space around cake edge.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
