Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 cups Whole Milk (coconut Or Almond Milk Works Great Too)
  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract Or Imitation

Method

  • Heat milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it is lightly simmering, then add sugar. Once sugar dissolves, add coco and whisk until thoroughly combined (3-5 minutes).
  • Add vanilla, heat for 3 minutes, then take off heat and serve hot. For extra flavor, try using a vanilla bean instead of vanilla extract.
