Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. quick oats
  • 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda and mix in brown sugar, oats and chocolate chips.
  • Combine eggs, oil and vanilla.
  • Stir into chocolate chip mixture.
  • Press into an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Cool slightly before cutting.
