Ingredients

  • 100 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Treacle
  • 100 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
  • Oil, For Cooking Pancakes

Method

  • In a large bowl, stir flour, ginger and cinnamon.
  • Beat egg and stir into flour mix. Stir in treacle. Gradually whisk in milk until you have a smooth batter.
  • Heat a drizzle of oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat.
  • Add a quarter of the mix into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes on each side. Repeat until you have cooked all the pancakes.
