Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Bittersweet Chocolate, Very Finely Chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoons Instant Espresso Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Very Finely Grated Orange Zest (about One Small Orange)
  • 2 slices (thin) Orange, For Garnish

Method

  • Add chocolate, cream and espresso powder to a saucepan. Heat just enough to completely melt the chocolate. Let cool, then transfer to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Add the orange zest, then whip the mix with an electric mixer into a mousse.
  • Garnish with the orange slices and serve by itself or with whipped cream.
