Ingredients
- 16 x bars
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. minced walnuts Grease an 8 inch square pan.
Method
- Stir together egg, brown sugar and vanilla.
- Quickly stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add in nuts.
- Spread in pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- This makes a light bar, not airy like a cake or possibly heavy like most other bars.
