Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 4 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 3 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Heat oven to 350F.
  • Microwave butter and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3 min.
  • or until butter is melted; stir with whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Add eggs; beat until well blended.
  • Stir in sugar, flour and nuts.
  • Spread into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min.
  • or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  • (Do not overbake.)
  • Heat broiler.
  • Immediately top warm brownies with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min.
  • or until marshmallows are golden brown.
  • Cool completely, cut into 24 squares.
